C ritical thinking and media literacy are two skills that should be combined, since critical thinking helps us to discern between mediocre and brilliant arguments, to distinguish valuable information from expendable information, to dismantle prejudices, to find well-founded conclusions, to generate alternatives, to improve communication and, in short, to be masters of our own thinking and acting. The Internet has put at our fingertips a lot of information from anywhere in the world that we can access at any time. Media news, blog articles, instant messaging chains, social network posts... They all mix together and it is important to differentiate between truthful and untruthful content. Many internet users are unaware of the extent to which they can be manipulated by any information they receive. That is why it is important to teach them how to navigate safely through the digital universe. This is also why it is important to learn media literacy.

  The story narrates the life of Rodion Raskolnikov, a student in the capital of Imperial Russia, St. Petersburg, who is forced to suspend his studies because of the misery in which he finds himself, despite the efforts of his mother Pulcheria and his sister Dunia to send him money. But, although he does not want to accept the help, Rodion has airs of greatness, and in his delusions he believes he is worthy of a great future, comparing himself to Napoleon. So he has the idea of killing and robbing Aliona Ivanovna, the old usurer. This idea torments him for days, and grows inside him like a seed.

  Chronicle by Robert Kiyosaki. Robert Kiyosaki was born on April 8, 1947 in Hilo, Hawaii, and grew up in a family of educators. His father was a senior government official in Hawaii and his mother was a registered nurse. Kiyosaki attended the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and graduated with a degree in marine engineering in 1969.   After graduating, Kiyosaki joined the U.S. Marine Corps and was deployed to Vietnam, where he served as a helicopter pilot in the war. Upon returning from Vietnam, Kiyosaki began working in sales for Xerox Corporation.   In the 1980s, Kiyosaki founded his own company, which imported nylon wallets and Velcro from South Korea. At that time, he also began investing in real estate. However, Kiyosaki's company failed in 1985 due to production problems. Kiyosaki filed for bankruptcy and lost all his properties.   From there, Kiyosaki began teaching personal finance and writing books. His first major success was "Rich Dad, Poor Dad"...

In this activity a series of questions in English were answered in a personal manner. These questions can be the most used in a job interview. 

 The next activity I did is called: Video presentation of a tourist site. In this activity you will see some of my personal interests to visit a Colombian site called Rio Claro located in the department of Antioquia, which personally seems to me one of the best tourist places to spend a good family vacation. 

This time I will present a graphic piece called: Brochure, which will contain information regarding advertising development and where you can also contemplate in a deeper way a little of what it is about studying advertising development. 

 Next I will present an activity called: video presentation of a character; in this activity I will talk about a character that I personally find very striking for his funny way of being in the movies, yes, he is an actor, and one of the best in the comedy section, Mr. Adam Sandler, who with his entertaining movies has made hundreds of people laugh all over the world.
